Mr. Plunk obtained a B.A. (magna cum laude) from Albion College, located in Albion, Michigan in 2003, and his law degree from DePaul College of Law, located in Chicago, Illinois in 2006. Mr. Plunk joined the Firm in May of 2008 and focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law and real estate, including entity selection, organization and formation, corporate compliance, lending, mergers and acquisitions, and contracting. Mr. Plunk is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Young Lawyers Association, Real Estate Section of the Dallas Bar Association, and is heavily involved with Prestonwood Baptist Church.
