Mr. Tonick focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating leasing transactions and the acquisition and sale of real property.  His practice involves the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties, such as shopping centers, raw land, improved property, office buildings and apartment complexes.  Mr. Tonick is also experienced in the development, acquisition, redemption, leasing, financing and sale of other commercial properties.
