Jeffrey Harrison left a large downtown firm to join Andrews & Barth in 1994, and became a shareholder in 2004, thus forming Andrews Barth & Harrison. Mr. Harrison has experience in all aspects of real estate law, ranging from commercial real estate transactions, to residential real estate transactions, to financing and beyond. Mr. Harrison’s commercial real estate experience includes representation of property owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of both improved and unimproved real property. This experience in residential real estate includes, among other things, the formation, management and operation of homeowner’s associations and condominium associations, and the preparation and negotiation of home construction and purchase agreements. Mr. Harrison has also successfully represented clients in the acquisition, financing and disposition of improved and unimproved properties throughout the United States, as well as Mexico and abroad. Some of these transactions have included extensive redevelopment of the real property. Mr. Harrison also has general experience in corporate and finance law.
