Mr. Barth practiced in the real estate section of a downtown Dallas law firm. In 1984, Mr. Barth became in-house counsel for and a principal of a local real estate developer. Since joining Mr. Andrews to form Andrews & Barth in 1989, Mr. Barth has represented numerous developers and real estate companies in the sale, leasing and financing of real estate. He is a member of the Dallas Real Estate Council. Mr. Barth is married and has two children and is active in his church, as well as prison ministry and other local ministries and charities.
